Chicken not throughly cooked with blood
Nop KFC they sold me chicken which was not properly cooked still had blood, looked like it was never defrosted

Burnt and 0 recipe spices!
Your meat was burnt! Totally no KFC recipe spices used more like Flour and chicken spice! Guys we work for this money stop making us fools! If you accept a job or choose to take a franchise take responsibility use what you've been instructed to use don't try and save with customers! This was very bad! I could make better at home!

Burnt and 0 recipe spices!
Your meat was burnt! Totally no KFC recipe spices used more like Flour and chicken spice! Guys we work for this money stop making us fools! If you accept a job or choose to take a franchise take responsibility use what you've been instructed to use don't try and save with customers! This was very bad! I could make better at home!

Clear instructions failure
I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant! You specifically write them clear instructions which they ignore deliberately. Who is supposed to eat this meat that they prepared because it’s not what I asked for ?

Kfc fountains valley by the engen garage
This kfc has the worst service ever. The staff is so rude. For a drive through even if you they not busy , you gonna be the for over 45 minutes and this is a constant thing.

On the 23 Dec 2025 I walked into KFC and bight food by the self service kiosk then an sms was sent with my receipt unfortunately my phone went dead as I was walking around cane back to the shop saw Mam Zoleka explained my story she didnt waste no time she

Oh am very satisfied with the service I got today....Order a Brekkie and ice cream, there were some mistakes but the way they handled me is out of this world❤️Dorcus please keep it up darling you doing it right,this is what we want in the morning not attitude as if you been the whole day
