Unacceptable service and hygiene

Unacceptable service and hygiene. My delivery order took an hour and a half to arrive and was incorrect and damaged. When I went to the store to resolve it, I witnessed the shift supervisor drop tongs on the floor, pick them up, and continue handling food. This is a major public health concern. Avoid this branch.
