Bad service, money waiting
Rude staff, they tell us we can't do some orders 40 minutes before they close and its how they do things, we using our petrol to go there, they should say they close at 9.30pm instead of 10pm because we using money to go and support to be tolt we can't order certain things

Horrible Service KFC Phumula
my wife and I decided to get breakfast at KFC Roodekop yesterday. The place was empty, and yet it took almost an hour to get a simple burger and 2 cappuccinos. When it eventually arrived, the cappuccinos were lukewarm to say the least. What was worse was the attitude we got from the teller (Sithembiso) and some other guy who i assumed was the manager. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to that branch. everything about it is bad.

Horrible Service KFC Phumula
my wife and I decided to get breakfast at KFC Roodekop yesterday. The place was empty, and yet it took almost an hour to get a simple burger and 2 cappuccinos. KFC PHUMULA ROODEKOP WITH UBER EATS ****
On 22 Dec 2025 i ordered kfc online via uber eats.. It was 1 jalapenos fries,10 zinger wings and streetwise4 paid R261.60 including delivery.. But unfortunately i have never receive that order.. While the app the driver is 5mins away i went outside my house to wait for her, while am waiting the app says food Delivered then my food was left by the other house gate that i dnt knw nt even on my street at 20h55 I went to kfc talked to a manager she couldnt assist me instant she told me nt to order via uber eats anymore coz they have so much incident.. My kids went to bed hungry while the driver decided to **** my kids foods Detail of the driver name:Perseverance Bongeka number plate KG76JGP KFC phumula roodekop am not happy because this person will continue ****ming people so it ur responsibility that you make sho you working with trusted people this is my contact ***

COMPLAINT
Firstly they once charged me double how so? I ordered with cash on delivery and paid the delivery guy and then after they deducted another R100 from my account I then requested a refund and never got it🤦♀️Yesterday I ordered again the order didn’t arrive and the driver didn’t contact me as I was already waiting for him by the gate but he never show up and I emailed them back informing them but till now no response 🚮and I demand my refund yerr
