Dunked wings were merely brushed over with the dunking sauce and it took three times for the drive through staff to give me a streetwise 2 with a side breast. KFC prints on their bags that if it's not finger licking good they will stop it. However their staff member Musa does not think it's important to adhere to company policy. He ended up screaming at me because I would not accept the thigh he served me when I specifically ordered a side breast, which he had to swop twice before he got my order correct. I reported the incident to the duty manager who had little interest in hearing my complaint. I will never visit this particular outlet again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so unless they enjoy being abused by the employees here
