Rotten chicken

We have 3 children. We bought a 8 piece family treat. When we got home and started eating, I bit into disgusting mushy brown and pink old looking and funny smelling chicken. I went to confirm with my wife only to find that she had just experienced the same thing and had just spit out her piece. Checked on the kids and unfortunately they had already eaten their pieces which sent chills up my spine because the chicken was obviously bad. We returned it back to the store to a staff that clearly didn’t care. The front staff and the manager were all chewing gum and blowing bubbles with the gum- at a food place!!! Very unprofessional and disgusting.

We were told that someone from head office will come the following day to inspect the chicken and only then will they determine if the will refund us which will take 5-7 ***s. I have never been so disgusted before and this was a horrific experience. We bought at the drive thru, but stepping into the store when returning the rotten chicken, made us realise why we will never ever go back again. Maybe it a low LSM thing and KFC just sends their unwanted and nearly expired chickens to that branch- I don’t know.
