Staff and management displayed a striking indifference to customer concerns, fostering an environment where favoritism thrives. Regular patrons were granted priority service, their orders expedited irrespective of the queue, while mine was delayed and dismissed. When I sought clarity, I was met with disregard and told my order had been pushed back due to these preferential practices. Management not only tolerated but appeared complicit in this inequity.
