Contravention of TREATING CLIENTS FAIRLY

This store, never gives, patrons, our 10cent change and take our receipts away. I purchased a meal today, ticket 126 at approximately 13.40pm. It's all evidently true, what the staff are doing, from the investigative segment on ETVs Checkpoint, where the staff to make targets for the charity of KFC, the Hope charity. The staff said they don't charge you for certain items, but you pay for it, and they divert the funds to the charity to make their target, they give you your drink or ice-cream, but don't issue your receipt. Imagine not giving customers 10c,i know it's minimal, but, if we had 10CENT short, would you give us the meal KFC? YOU making hundreds of rands daily, monthly, with 10c. Is this a directive from the store owner or KFC themselves? Perhaps the CGSO should be made aware of the irregularities of this new store, it's owners, management, and staff.
