Simple Milkshake problem

Very bad customer service, went in to buy a simple milkshake using the self service machines and I couldn’t find dessert options

Went to the desk to find out. “Waited for a good minute”They mention “there is milkshake” but they can only accept cash at the desk (ddnt have cash) meaning I wasn’t gonna be served a milkshake ?- lady at the desk even asked me to go to the bank to withdraw!! For a milkshake?!!!!

Only when I decided to go to the drive thru complaining, the lady said there isn’t milkshake and the machine is broken. Really?!!

Only when I mentioned the desk lady said there is milkshake but only by cash, she then decided to serve me milkshake.

All this struggle for a shake KFC Palm Springs ?!! This all happened 25/05/26 between 18:40- 19:00
