Humiliated, Harassed and Bul**** at KFC Palm Springs (Orange Farm)

I was bul****, harassed and humiliated by KFC staff when I was collecting my order. I ordered using the self-service terminal and thought the SMS receipt was sufficient, since I had never had any issues before from other KFC outlets in the Joburg south.

I was shouted at, promised arrest and promised to never to receive my order, and all this in the presence of a full customer compliment, I was so embarrassed.
