Poor service and misleading App

On the 6th March 2025 I ordered a meal from their App and paid online so that at 14h00 during my lunch hour I can quickly go pick it up and eat , to my surprise upon arriving at the store it’s Closed , okay I asked the employees why are you guys closed when I have ordered something they were so rude and disrespectful I didn’t understand and that’s when I got angry cause this is an inconvenience. How do they accept my order and my money when they were closed ? Now what am I suppose to eat for lunch ? I want my money back asap and No I am not prepared to wait for days or even go that kfc I want my money back
