Incompetence and therefore I am unable to enter the competition

On the 31st December I placed an order - Order No:#111925 online and paid for it via eft. We scheduled to collect it at 5:30 pm. The order was for a bucket of 15 pieces. On requesting a slip from the store we were not given a till slip. To enter the competition I scanned the QR code and answered all the necessary questions and on friday the 2nd Jan I received an sms saying I need to provide a till slip. I emailed *** at 9:40 on the 2nd Jan and complained that I did not receive a till slip. I dealt with Petronella Makhokha and she asked me to submit again and sent me the QR code to rescan because I had already throw the bucket away obviously and today I get another sms saying that I need to submit the till slip that is after explaining to Petronella that I never received one when collecting my order: This is her response: Good day Valued Customer, Thank you for your email. Kindly note that a till slip is required in order for us to validate your entry. If you are located near the KFC branch where the purchase was made, we kindly suggest that you ask the store manager if they are able to assist with a till slip reprint. Please also note that the competition ended on the 31st of December; however, it will officially close today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Best regards, KFC Festive Rewards It is highly unfair that I was not given a till slip and that you as KFC are unable to get the till slip from your branch. I ultimately bought KFC so that I could enter the competition and now because of your South Road Overport branch lack of providing me with a till slip I now am not entered into the competition. Why must I as the customer bear the brunt of staffs incompetence!
