Unhuman rules

So apparently at van der walt KF in Pretoria. In order for you go go into the toilet you nned2to have a slip..the so calles nthabiseng manager is so useless. Nature is nature. What if you don't have monehy buy nature called what must happen?? This is a most un so called for rule that i've ever came across before.so unreasonable and unhuman..
