Technical error when entering KFC competition. I have bought 2 streetwise 2's and still.

I have bought 2 streetwise two's in the hope of entering the Barcelona competition. However my codes all do not work. I have reported this on Sunday the 18th. I was then told it is a technical error and must try again later. I have then tried again the next day and to no avail, it keeps telling me that "sorry, the KFC code you dialed doesn't seem correct please try again. I have double, triple, quad ripple checked the code i am entering and still failing to enter the competition. I have since complained on your twitter DM platform but I am not getting a resolution. The competition closes on 26 March. With no help on twitter I then went and bought another streetwise two in order to a code for enter. Guess what??? Still I am getting: "sorry, the KFC code you dialed doesn't seem correct please try again". Please assist me in entering the competition. It seems like no one is allowed to enter. Is the competition even real? Whats going on KFC SA???
