R99 Speacial

After seeing an advert on DSTV a week prior that the R99 special will be back on the 16th of January 2018, I went to KFC Woodmead drive thru to buy the special, it was at about 21:00. When I got there the lady who was assisting me said there was not special that day, I then requested to speak to the Manager, I explained that after seeing an advert I would like to purchase the special. He told me that there was no special after a back an forth due to hi not offering a solution, I asked for his name and surname, he refused to spell it out to me. He requested that I reverse the car and read the notice from management, I told him that that was not good enough because I saw the advert. He refused to come to the window and told me if I was to see him I must come inside.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from KFC and I expect solution to this complaint.
