Put off

I had an incident where I bought a KFC salad. When I opened the salad, I saw that there were spider webs in the salad. I then took the salad back and told the lady working there to have a look at my salad. She told me that it is not their fault as the salads are delivered to KFC already prepared. This totally put me off buying ANYTHING from KFC as the spider webs were really not on, imagine what's inside the chicken. The worker also done nothing to apologise or replace the salad. I left it on the counter.
