Order paid but not fulfilled drivethough hazyview

I was at KFC Blue Haze Shopping C, shop no 100. Served by Nonkululeko at the drive through. I ordered 9 pc nuggets for 29.9 and 3 pc chicken received 6pc nuggets. This os highly unfair and unprofessional. Order 408 TRAN# 304 Doc#IN8018T***. My number is 06p*** is this business or a donation service.
