Kfc taking money and not delivering food

Order number MUSAWENKOSI***, 9 piece bucket made on Friday 3 June 2022 at 6PM. My order was in a pending state for over 6 hours and eventually the following day it was saying completed but I never got any food. I want my money refunded.
