KFC app stupid

I wanted to buy food using the KFC app, but my order did not go through. It was unsuccessful. However the money went out-of my bank account. I tried twice, first with my savings account, then with my credit card. Both times it was unsuccessful. But the money was deducted. R98 x 2. This was on the first of April. I contacted the support line and wrote an email. I'm still waiting on a response from KFC. Will I use there app again? I don't think so. Will I advise friend and family to use the app? No. Heavens no. So to all who read this review, please don't use KFC' app. Unless, like me, you wish to throw away your money. Not sure what I still can do to get my money back.
