Horrible customer service

Received very unprofessional behavior from the manager and person that made my order, on MR D app i specifically asked for an extra cheese and the woman advised that i am lying and she did pack the cheese, as well they did not deliver my extra crunch burger when i called the first time the woman was so rude and dropped call in my ear and the second time the manager did the same which is so unprofessional and ********* behavior, i do expect a written apology for this and i am beyond livered for this pathetic behavior, i did perform on the phone as i was so upset and still am, dont call me a **** and disrespect me, what happened to customer!!! Or putting the customer first
