Dunked wings nor so dunked afterall

<p>Visited kfc bird sanctuary with 3 friends on satyrday morning to get some dunked wings for breakfast only to go to the drive thru and the lady takes our order refuses to request the kitchen to add extra sauce on the wings and laughs at us when we repeat ourself. Come to work to eat it and the wings are not even properly dunked the little sauce that we do see looks like water! This is not the first time it hasn't been dunked properly which is why we request the added sauce but to receive bad customers service where the lady laughs at us and then still not recieved proper dunked wings is ridiculous! When phoning the manager on duty to complain she says she will let head office know like seriously then I should have phoned head office straight. Why should I pay extra money for dunked wings when it's not dunked properly!? Waste of money and time!! Kfc bird sanctuary your service is terrible...look up the definition of good customer service please because it definitely has not been taught to the employees. </p>
