Disappointing service and management yet again at KFC sea point

<p>KFC Sea Point disappoints yet again with there *********** staff. We order a family treat that did not have all the goods we wanted.This is an ongoing problem at this branch and it's time they delt with it. The manager on duty didnt bothered to get back to us after the complaint we layed,instead given the same old excuse"we short of staff"we had to call her back to find out how we would get our food.Its 30 minutes later and we still waiting on her to give us a call,i mean whatever ever happened to customer satisfaction and putting the customer first?</p>
