dirt and hair in the food

I was at the drive through in KFC westonaria and they got my order wrong so I changed it, then they gave me food with hair in it .(I took a picture of this by the way) then I showed this and they changed the order again but now the food came with stuff on it that looks like dirt .. I didn't eat the food I threw it away ..
