Bad service

I am fed up with this franchise , this is my third strike. I visited the KFC today and had ordered food around 14h57 and only got my food @15h30.

They've skipped my order so many times people come and go, when I enquire about it , they were only preparing it then. The stuff is unfriendly and rude
