Bad service

I was at kfc vanderbijlpark now I had a very bad service, I was at the queue then the cashier left me there and came back after about 5 minutes, while I was waiting for her some other guy (customer) came by to collect his order but unfortunately his order was given someone else because he took long to collect then he demanded a refund then the manager came to help but she insisted that she would make his order then the cashier whom I waited for about 5 minutes or more also offered to assist in making the order and told me to wait while I waited more 5 minutes for her
