Very bad treatment from the manager
Today I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Ormonde Drive-Thru. I ordered a Double Crunch burger, Streetwise Two with pap, an All Star Box, and the Argentina meal. When I got to the collection window, I was handed the Double Crunch burger. As soon as I took it, I could feel that it was cold. I immediately raised my concern, and the staff took it back. They only replaced the chips, but the burger itself was still very cold, as if it had been prepared a long time before. I drove away, believing the issue had been resolved, only to realize they had simply changed the chips. I turned around and went back to explain my concern. The manager then took the burger, disappeared for a while, and returned with the same burger after warming it in a microwave. She told me, right to my face, that she had only heated the burger with the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese still inside. I left the burger there. If I wanted a microwaved burger, I have a microwave at home. As a paying customer, I expected a freshly prepared burger, not one that was cold and then reheated. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Customers deserve fresh food and good service, not leftovers that are simply warmed up.

KFC Ormonde serving baby chicken pieces at price of standard chicken prices
If I could give 0 star rating I would. Bought 3 piece streetwise with chips meal from KFC Ormonde and what I received was a disaster. Received 3 pieces of baby chicken drumstick thigh and breast. All 3 pieces amounted to 1 standard chicken piece. This is really appalling to learn that KFC now serves baby chicken to customers at the price of whole chickens. Pathetic indeed
