Inoperable drive thru

What is the use of offering drive thru if it will always be closed with that huge yellow cone or sys is offline.on numerous occasions I've been asked "Go inside ,system is offline here" or you cant do card payments (who still carries cash?) 1)I don't want to que nor wait for my order 2)convenience

Close the drive thru if you ain't going to operate it( false advertising)
