Horrible service
Horrible experience with the cashier. she refuses to let you order from the counter even though 2 of their of their self-service kiosk are not working and she currently had no cash client. Over 5 people are waiting to order from one self-service kiosk. Her name tag said "Philiswe"

Formally complaint of KFC Observatory
I’m writing to formally raise a complaint about a meal I received from your establishment. The meat served to me was significantly undercooked. it appeared raw, with blood visibly oozing, which made it unsafe and extremely unappetising to eat. As a result, I was unable to finish the meal. Since then, I have experienced an upset stomach, which is very concerning . I expect a high standard of food preparation and food safety when dining with you so this experience was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter, and advise what step you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to your response and would also like to discuss appropriate compensation or a refund for this experience.
