Overcharged, and sickening food. Will NEVER buy here again.

This KFC exemplifies the state of our government. Someone who got ownership of a well established, working thing... and through negligence has run it square into the ground.

KFC Northmead, used to boom. Every weekend the line extended from the drive through into the street, sometimes obscuring traffic as a result. In the last few years however, you'll typically on see about 3 cars in the drive through most times.

I went to get 3 fully loaded box meals on Sunday evening. And this is what followed. 1: upon placing the order, I was asked "would you like a double or triple fillet on the burger?" In other words that standard size as shown by price on the board, wasn't even offered. They simply try upsell and won't include the price of each fillet when asking. I bet so many people get caught out by that tactic, but just pay because it's not worth the hassle to go in and change it. 2: When I opted for the buddy come, seeing as I don't have 3 cup holders in my car, suddenly my meal gets bumped up to the large meal. So not only did they not ask if I'd like to keep the regular meal as advertised, they just topped on the extra charge. 3: Okay so I get home thinking fine, now I've payed for a large, I'm at least going to enjoy this, only to open to find that each chips box was half filled. Now let's be clear, there is virtually no difference between the medium and large chips at KFC... at least not to justify the price... but this looked like they took 2 large chips, and split it into 2 boxes. 4: Then not only did the fully loaded BOX meal, not come in a BOX, but the burger looked as though it was made earlier in the day and had virtually no ingredients on it, and the chicken pieces as almost no meat on it. But for me the worst thing by far, was my last bite of my drumstick where I got a fishy smell from the chicken.

Needles to say, about an hour after eating I started getting a stomach cramps.

So to summarise it all. Got overcharged. Was ****** of chips. And the quality of the food was so bad, I'd have rather eaten a peanut butter sandwich.

Even though 95% of KFC's have gotten so bad, this one takes the cake in my area. I will NEVER support them again. And I think many people share that sentiment based on how quiet they have become.
