KFC making soup now or is it meant to be gravy?

Is your mash and gravy reduced to soup. Bought 3x fully loaded boxes. The chips tasted old and your gravy in the mash was so runny that u could drink like soup. Have u run out of gravy that u need to add lots of oil and water to let it go further. U should really visit your branch and check if they actually know how to make this food. Really disappointing and disgusting. The last time I bought a coleslaw it's like the mayonnaise was watered down. What is going on with your quality?
