I waited at the drive through for more than 4 with no assistance, ended up driving to the collection window and still I had to hoot for assistance

I waited at the drive through for more than 4 with no assistance, ended up driving to the collection window and still I had to hoot for assistance. A lady approached us after a minute or so. I realized that they didn't give me slip because I was talking about how I am going to report this poor service delivery.
