Displeased Customer

The employees assisting at KFC Northam on the 17th of April were absolutely the worst kind of human being I had ever came across. I understand that the magnitude of employees on this particular day may have been a lot to deal with. However, the lack of assistance and lack of consideration was uncalled for. To have people stand for almost 25 minutes for a streetwise 2 is unnecessary. To also have the machine not working was unnecessary. I would like for the employees to be addressed on customer service and ways of dealing with customers
