Kfc ninapark

I have been shocked off management and front of house staff i have ordered a streetwise 4 at 9:51 in store doors was closed after me and iv been waiting after 4 clients aned we been treated like durt by front off house an old lady was waiting more then 30min and no food i had to call management and wow he was so so rude no management skills or keeping customer happy he was so rude and blaming kitchen staff for delay. The old lady canceled her order after waiting 30 min and management treated her like **** i couldnot beleve it even myself spoke to te manager told im i know kfc standert i have famely working at kfc and he just cut me off. I waited 33min for my food no slip from self-service had to ask for slip 3 timesasked them so menny times no wings and i got the wings thats so in ur facec i have fotos and vidio footage to provide to head offices kfc
