I went to the kfc and wanted to order 5 burgers and chicken

I went to the kfc and wanted to order 5 burgers and chicken. The lady in front told me there's no burgers available. Should a big franchise like that not have all products available till closing time. I was there 10 minutes before closing time. Thank you
