Bad customer service
We drove to KFC Mulbarton to buy family treat meal for my family which is 10pieces of meat but when I get home Kibler Park the there is only 8pieces of meat and when I call customer service I'm being told I have to go back to the store so I can get the 2 pieces that they did not pack in my order. This is so inconveniencing for me and my family and petrol is so expensive for such stupid mistakes of your staff members who don't listen and take serious of their jobs they are just doing orders to get rid of us from the shop like doing us a favour. When my wife phones customer service they telling her she must drive back to the shop again just to collect two pieces wherelse it's your staff mistakes. I just want to know who must drive back to Mulbarton from kiblerpark in this economy.hihhly irritated

Disappointed
Its the worst Kfc today 29/01/26 I went cz I wanted to order through the drive thru, there is noone at the windows, only at the payment window that when someone came, only to say its offline, mind you this is not the first-time happening its like the 4th time, the other time I was told the oven is not opening, the last time I had to wait 20mins in drive thru. Why open the doors if its offline
