We will NEVER support this branch again

If i could give -10 stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews as I believe all people make mistakes but this is getting ridiculous.

We will NEVER support this branch again. They always leave something you ordered out when packing the bags. This was not the first time. In fact, in the last ten years we have lived in the area, we have never received a complete and/or correct order. We always have to go back and ask them where the item is and are normally met with attitude and annoyance. Honestly, we shouldn't have expected anything more. This is just the latest story...

We went to the drive through tonight. I ordered a fully loaded box meal, a meal for my son, a streetwise 2 for my spouse and some other loose items. After receiving our order, we tried to double check the order (due to pas experience) but was rushed by an impatient customer behind us. A quick check, it looked like everything was packed. Upon arriving home, we sort our son, get him bathed, fed and in bed. We then start unpacking the rest of the food so that we can eat. This is already more than an hour after we left the drive through so going back to complain would have been pointless.

Surprise, surprise!! The burger, the main part of a fully loaded box meal is completely missing. HOW DO YOU MISS IT?!?! To make it worse, not only was the chicken pieces not what we requested, it was extremely dry.

In the past, it had always been a piece of chicken or maybe a coleslaw or something small but how to you leave out the main part of a meal?

This was truly the last straw!
