Bad service

Hello this is precious as a customer of kfc at middleburg at mhluzi mall the service is very poor into that extend that you can enter at 20h30 at night meanwhile they close at 21h00 but they told me there’s no food for me to buy🤔like what is that? Aren’t u suppose to get food when they aren’t closed? This kfc workers aren’t taking people seriously can you imagine coming from work hoping to get food there but there’s nothing so this kfc at mhluzi mall at middleburg has to be reported to the superiors
