Very disappointed with the service

I was really disappointed with my recent order. A mini loaf was missing, along with the sauces and salts, which made the meal incomplete. These may seem like small items, but they make a big difference in the overall experience. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but I never received a response. When you pay for a full meal, you expect to receive everything as listed, along with proper support if something goes wrong. This kind of oversight and lack of service is frustrating. I didn't enjoy the meal at all , because everything was just dry and a few things were missing. I'm very disappointed with this and as well their customers support system.
