KFC Maslow Time Square, check your order as they constantly giving you incorrect items or half quantity

We keep getting incorrect items or half quantity. Our mash and gravy were all half quantity. Some were only plain gravy half. The cournal burger had a snack burger patty. We spoke to hotel management about our experience. They assured us that they will also look into the matter.
