Disappointing experience with boxmaster, repeatedly

I am not impressed. Firstly yesterday i was at the same kfc for the new dorito cheese boxmaster, there were no doritos and it was undercooked. There was no time to turn back and wait again. Because has a new thing of rushing us to the next window to eventually park and wait. Today, i order the new jalapeno boxmaster, is kfc out of doritos or what? And where are my jalapeno pieces. This is false advertising and misleading and misspelling! Absolutely unacceptable, i gave them a second chance today. This atrocious. This kfc can close down !
