KFC mall of the south

Absolutely disgusting service received tonight, 05/09/2026. The manager on site stated that after 27 minutes of waiting for a simple order of chicken and burgers we ordered the food and must Fuc*ing wait as they are cooking it and I will not get my money back, the burgers recieved where snack burgers on an All Star Box meal and turned out to be smaller than my cats sh*t and when I asked about the service I was told to Fuc+ off as they are not 24hrs and are cooking to my order and if I have a problem I must take my White entitlement somewhere else.
