Horrible KFC experience at mall of Africa midrand

Horrible customer service, I bought 2xstreetwise 3pap and a streetwise 2pap and they only told me after I had paid for the meal that they can not fulfill my order because they don't have all the ingredients and now they are refusing with my refund after I had sent each and every document that they had asked for.

And the manager is a **** she knows everything bt she is trying to deny what's is written in black and white.

I will never buy from KFC again please spread the word about this.
