Disappointed in KFC Loch Logan and Uber Eats delivery staff

It is rather disappointing that I ordered food 1h23 minutes ago and still my food has not been delivered to me. I sent my delivery person a text twice and he left me on read. I intended on canceling the order because of the delayed and was told that I'll not get a refund. My disappointment isn't necessarily aimed at KFC itself but my delivery person, Orebotse with phone number *** whom I would've appreciated a response from, with regards to my order but instead, he left me on read.
