Disappointing service and verbal abuse at KFC Lichtenburg mall

I visited KFC Lichtenburg today to order a Wrapsta. The staff member who served me assumed I wanted a Wrapsta Box. When I politely corrected her and said I only wanted the Wrapsta, she became angry, started insulting me, and refused to serve me further.

I was left standing at the counter embarrassed while she called another staff member to help me. Even while I waited, she continued making rude comments about me. This was over a simple misunderstanding about an order.

I really like KFC and eat here often, but I left feeling hurt and humiliated. I no longer feel comfortable returning. Staff should be trained to handle mistakes or miscommunication calmly, not take their anger out on customers.
