Terrible service

I have just received the most shocking experience at the KFC Lethlabile. It took 53 minutes for me to receive my order which, their explanation was my classic twister meals took a while to be prepared. The most shocking thing was no apology or remose received from the lady that served the food instead she made me feel as though I was just being impossible by asking her what is taking long. I always go to KFC Lethlabile whenever I am in Brits visiting home, they always take forever and no sense of urgency at all. But this time I am shocked beyond words. I will never make a stop at this KFC ever they are clearly doing well and don't need customers.
