POOR SERVICE

DEAR KFC MELLVILLE

I am still waiting for my order till now from 11:38 am ,money taken on the account no communication we received a message its on the way boom sent back to the restaurant with no call nothing ,we called the store 3 times already we have been put from pillar to post ,called 4th time was told they got another driver who is coming until now nothing

CAN THIS BE RESOLVED ASAP

This is a very poor service its an hour now waiting
