Driver at KFC Kenilworth Johannesburg **** about delivery my order.

On the 26 March , I places a order of R285 which went out for delivery with Driver Ntombifuthi Princess , when I noticed the address on the app , I immediately notified the driver on the uber eats app via the message portal that the address is incorrect as she was already on route , I then provided her with the correct address , she read my message and still proceeded, when she got outside the incorrect address she messaged me on the same portal and states she is outside where I then messages back again stating that it's the wrong address and gave her my correct address , she read my message and then sent me the same message , I then called her 22 times and she refused to answer , where shortly thereafter she states that delivery is done and she left the food at gate of a block of flats.My money has been taken and they now refuse to refund me.This is the worst service I have ever received and it seems the driver knew what she was doing when she ignores my text and calls, also drivers never leave food in front of a gate where there is flats , so she clearly took it for herself.I will never order from KFC in Kenilworth Main street johannesburg again.I tried to call their landlines and it says not available.
