Bad service

Terrible experience with kfc kempton gate through Uber eats . I waited for my order for almost 2 hours and it never arrived???? My child had to go to bed HUNGRY! I called the store and they just gave away the food to someone and they do not know the driver is or even recall who it was??? This absolutely ridiculous. Worse service ever! The first driver assigned to the order had the nerve to text n ask if I paid for the order or not. Why is it their concern? Theirs is delivery only.
