Raw food

We ordered, amongst other, 2 snack burgers for my son. The 1st one he ate was fine, however the chicken patty of the second one was completely raw! We thought our don was full of nonsense when he said the patty is like jelly. After us moaning that he must eat his food, he reluctantly ate half of the burger. I then noticed the patty being jelly like🤢. I immediately complained on their site and by means of review QR code on the slip. I received a confirmation email that my review has been received and that was it. 3 days later and no one has even attempted to get in contact with me to apologize about the raw food! I am utterly disgusted with KFC after this incident.
