Very Poor customer service

Good Day

I place an order via uber eats. I tried calling the store 10 times with no response to give them instructions of my order cos the last I ordered and put intructions on ubereats they suggested I call cos they dont see Ubereats instructions. Now how do I get hold of them if they cant pick a phone.
