****roach in KFC FOOD

Kfc Isandovale Thank you for send us food with ****roach in and keeping MR D responsible for the refunds that I still feel is not right as they only deliver the food.

Me and my friends order food from KFC Isandovale as my friend was eating her food, she found a ****roach in her food,we all were discussed with this and left our food,as we were not going to eat it as it came from the same store as I am sure as any other person would have done.

We phoned KFC about it and they asked for photos so we sent it to them. They than offerd se send us new food but se said no thank we want a refund for our order. They than respondend and send we should phone MR D we did that and they refund us just for the food that had the ****roach in

KFC this is unacceptable to expect MR D to refund us they only did the delivery KFC prepaid this food shame on you.

I phone KFC today regarding this and I am still awating a awnser for them.

I hope that you are proud to serve food with insects in big or small and not even have the decency to refund our order NO We dont new food just to find more insects in it.

If this is the type of service you deliver thank you but no thanks. I will not order from you in the future.

Please make sure to clean you restaurant befor serving or making any food.
